I indeed recommend Unique Travel Designs!! I have used them for years. The service is phenomenal! Maylnda has booked multiple cruises and flights for several groups that I’ve had. We never had to worry about anything! All bookings, transfers, documents and etc………. All I had to do was pack my bags!!!! I will forever use Unique Travel Designs for ALL my travel needs!!

Although I have yet to travel with Malynda, she had booked two different cruises for me that were both canceled because of the Covid-19 pandemic. I was very impressed with her very timely emails and updates regarding the possible cancellations. When the cruises were finally canceled, she was very diligent with assisting me in obtaining refunds. There was a minor glitch that had nothing to do with Malynda, but within minutes of asking for her assistance in dealing with the matter, she responded and was instrumental in getting the issue settled. It is not often that I have received such excellent customer service. I fully intend on traveling with Malynda as soon as travel opens back up. I highly recommend her and Unique Travel Designs. Malynda has been EXTREMELY helpful to my family during this covid year. We booked a trip to Costa Rica that was eventually cancelled and she spent probably 25 hours of her time getting all our money back. It took 5 months and sometimes she was on the phone for 3 plus hours on hold working for us, but we got 8000 dollars back that I woud never have known how to do. Since there was no trip, she made no money. Wow. Talk about dedication to your job and service just to do the right thing, she has it. I admire her ethics and her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Malynda!

Oh where to even begin when it comes to this amazing lady! We have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. I recommend Malynda to everyone I know. She has become such a sweet friend through the process of helping us with our many trips over the past few years. My husband calls her and she is on it immediately, as she is our absolute go-to for anything travel. Even in times when we have missed flights due to delays, she goes above and beyond in making sure she does everything to make sure we are taken care of.
